How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Mega Sell (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

This is a great 3 in 1 charger. I’m able to have all 3 charging at the same time, Apple Watch, phone, and wireless charging earbuds. My earbuds aren’t apple, but they can wirelessly charge and this works great. It’s compact for all 3. If you don’t have an Apple Watch or don’t need that pet then the Apple Watch charger can be folded in to keep hidden away. That being said, that is my only complaint. I couldn’t figure out how to take out the Apple Watch charger because the instructions manual never mentioned how to do it and I thought I would break it trying to force it out (the charger is very sturdy). Aside from that little complainer, I love this thing.
I’m excited! Quick delivery. Great product. The materials feel legit and durable. Doesn’t take up much space. It charges all of my Apple hardware fast. What could be better.
I like the product. I can charge my Phone, watch and ear phones at the same time. The only issue I have is when I charge my phone I have to remove the outter case on my phone. My case is very thick and the rubber cover blocks the charge. Once I remove the rubber cover it starts charging quickly.
Convenient Wireless Charger for Apple Products. I have all three apple products and each has a separate charging cord before. But now there is no mess to use this one 3 in 1 wireless charging station. Saves space and looks neat! If you are looking for a convenient and stylish way to charge your iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods this is the product I would suggest.
My nightstand space is limited. This is the perfect space-saving charging device. I find that it charges with greater speed than a traditional plug-in charger. Also, let's my phone double as a bedside clock. Sturdy and more functional than other units I've tried. This is your best choice in my opinion.
This is pretty much what I have been searching for, something to have next to my sofa, eliminating 3 charging cables for 1. Able to charge my 3 devices at will and wirelessly. I thought the shape of this charger would not be for traveling but putting it in a sock and in a sneaker in my luggage will allow for travel use, again eliminating bringing 3 chargers. Simple setup makes it a breeze. Comes with everything you need to charge away.
I replaced another charging stand with this one. The other stand was much larger and didn’t offer wireless charging pad for AirPods. This stand also comes with its own power adapter. The other stand just specified the size adapter that was required, which left me to find the right one. This stand works flawlessly.
I've had this on my desk for the last month or so and have yet to have any issues. I did buy a different cable because i wanted something with a 90 degree angle. All of my devices charge wirelessly and my desk is clutter free. Zero complaints right now!

I had another wireless charger that was not working with my new iPhone 12 Pro Max. In researching the issue, I saw this charger being recommended as an alternative. I purchased it and hooked it up immediate upon receiving the unit. It works!!! No software tricks to get it working. No patches from Apple. It just works, even with a case on the phone.
This is an awesome charger that can charge your Apple Watch, iPhone(ProMax) and either AirPods or another phone on the back. This is on my nightstand and charges my devices while I sleep. It does charge through the leather apple and plastic cases, but does not charge if Magsafe wallet is attached, or if Airpods have a case thats lifted due to the hinge slack. Amazing product. Definitely recommend if you use all of these devices on the daily.
This product is amazing. I love how it takes up no space and I can charge 3 of my devices at the same time without running multiple cords throughout my nightstand. The light turns off after 20 seconds of charging which is amazing because no annoying lights shining in the middle of the night. The magnets are strong and holds up the devices. Overall, super happy with this product.

It works great! It’s nice to have my iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods charging on this compact charging station. My night stand no longer looks like a cluttered mess of cables and chargers. It’s also nice to have Apple Watch charging adapter built in without you having to add your own. You just need to a good power adapter to go with it. Make sure your power adapter is at least 18 watts or 20 watts to get that fastest charging from this charging station.

I am disappointed by this product, the charge is not 15 w but rather 7.5 w on my iPhone 12 pro max, the charge crashes regularly after a while (continuous blue flashing of the charger, discontinued charging on the phone) I improved a little by removing the rhinoshield shell but even by doing this the charger turns on in blue with some flashes from time to time, I'm waiting for a new compatible magsafe case if it's still not ok I ask for its replacement or refund

Please note that this charger is not for iPhone X and 11. These phones on the front panel do not charge. They can be charged only on the spot provided for charging headphones. I remove the star for the wrong description of the goods as the picture is indicated, that when charging on the front panel lights a nice green indicator. In fact, when you turn on the network, this indicator starts blinking in blue, and when you put the phone on charge and green. Reminds the police blinker only green-blue. It certainly is annoying. IPhone 12 on the front panel did not charge. I hope the review will help when choosing the right charging. In general, the description of the goods is correct.
