Happy with the product and delivery was fast after they finally sent it. I was very unhappy with their procedure for quoting shipping though. I don't know about Hong Kong law but in Australia they would have their trading license suspended until they can provide accurate quotes or at least clearly warn customers on the purchase page that they will be charged more than quoted for shipping. When I asked why they were charging more than quoted the customer service agent stonewalled with canned responses simply repeating "remote address" ad nauseam and when I pressed for a better response they became condescending and started communicating with thinly veiled contempt. It took two weeks of frustration, a delivery address change and the extortion of an additional $14.45 above the agreed price before they actually posted the item.

The printer is great and it works well. Everything was packed tightly and arrived with no damage. I already printed a couple of things (the provided filament is OK at best, but once I changed to eSun it was a breeze). It's just a bit sad that the people selling it... not so much. I live in Auckland, which is THE BIGGEST CITY IN NEW ZEALAND. And I was forced to buy the remote shipping fee coupon, because they said that I live in a rural area. what the hell?! and after I paid they told me that they'll send me my printer right away, but that didn't happen for a couple of days. the whole process was quite frustrating. I suppose this whole "11th anniversary sale" was just a hoax, because I actually had to pay more. whatever % discount I had when purchasing the printer was less than the additional shipping cost. I NEVER had anyone tell me that my address is rural. not once. until now...

The printer was shipped very fast from Poland, arriving in 4 days. The printer is quite good, but needs quite a lot of printed improvements, and modifications. The big negative are the fans which are very noisy, so is hard to keep the printer in same room, even with the silent board.

I was looking forward to receiving the printer at a very good price from the store, but unfortunalty the package got returned by the logistics company. The seller didn't want to sent a new printer, but refunded the total amount. Now the price has increased +25 USD, but the seller do not want to give me discount.
