They were packaged so tight that the logo imprinted on the back of the bags. Not a big deal, but something to keep in mind. Overall we are satisfied with our order.

I am really happy with my order. It looks brilliant and the bags are of good quality. The store has been helpful and courteous for the entirety of our correspondence. And kept me updated during this Coronavirus epidemic when everything slowed down at the China end. 1st class honestly.

They do try and send picture to confirm or printing is OK and in my case this was very helpful, because we had to change the order as it proved very nice service cierpliwa and I am zachwycona quality, extra

I have lost the count on how many times I've ordered from this company and EVERY SINGLE TIME their work and their timing is just PERFECT. My orders are also very big ones (about 1500 pieces) and they magically manage to get them all done in a matter of hours. I Can't reccomend them enough!

The bags were a little smaller than I thought. Specify the size you want with the supplier. Otherwise it's pretty and it does it in itself.

Great quality, friendly team. Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
