How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Mega Sell (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
The goods are very good quality. On og87, ob100 ordered L, and did not lose. Thank you to the store for the fast delivery.
The product is very nice but the m is an 85 very small chest, I wanted to order another one but in L bra and M panties and he said no. If they are manufacturers they could sell the corresponding size. It is not advisable Oria girls with pronounced chest and less hip
Swimsuit is beautiful, the color matches, but not all fit the shape of the swimsuit!

The order arrived in 28 days, I love it, as it is in the photo, I ordered a size L, though I usually wear the S. The top part is small, and the top one is a little big but I take it to the dressmaker and fix it, I love it! It looks super nice! I recommend it to 100%.

Order came quickly. Quality and color are excellent. But the size m on the bust of 80C turned out to be small. Panties on OB 93 perfectly sat down

Excellent swimsuit, as in the picture, the colors are very bright. Quality like a regular swimsuit. Jambs did not find tailoring. At OG 88 and OB 98 ordered the size of M, everything came up)
The fabric is good, quality. But the top is too small. i have 75b, took S. If I took M, panties would be huge
At the first time in my life, I approached a swimsuit with Ali and bottom and top from one size)))) is) and the quality for 600 R is over to be awesome, lamps are adjustable, rings and fasteners. No thread sticks out, does not shine through the fabric (ordered a bright yellow). The color is super cool!!! The only thing, my chest does not have a volume at all and the rubber band of the bra is a little slinky because of this on the sides. Panties sit perfectly, but in such panties you need an ideal depilation))))) and probably better in volleyball on the beach not to play))) took the size m on the Ob 100, OG 87 (breast size 0)))) was at least a single leaf would sit just perfectly. The bathing suit is cute but has a sewing defect on the top, I'll have to fix it, but for the rest it's very nice. Normally I wear size xs-s and size S fit me perfect

The store until the last pull the order, but the swimsuit is happy. Color Bomb, bright as in the picture. I ordered M for parameters 84-64-96, the bra is what you need, and the panties are too big, would be a couple of centimeters smaller, would be just. Panties are high, suitable for bones.
